Kate Wolf had a great affinity for the California coast, and she frequently performed in Mendocino County venues in the middle years of her career. With Nina Gerber's help, we sifted through 15 hours of soundboard recordings, resulting in 20 remastered tracks that we feel beautifully represent Kate. We’re particularly delighted about the inclusion of three previously unreleased Kate Wolf songs.

Hello Kate Wolf Kickstarters!
In celebration of Kate’s 79th birthday on January 27th, we launched a new Kickstarter campaign. Please take a look soon as the campaign closes on February 14th.
Kate Wolf Custom Photo & Lyrics Posters
Backers can create their own custom 11” x 17” Kate Wolf poster from a selection of photos and the Kate Wolf song lyrics of their choice.
After the campaign closes, Kate's family will send out a survey for backers to specify their desired photo and song. Then we'll design and print each custom poster on heavy, acid-free paper.
Backers can order extra custom posters at a 25% discount (with no additional shipping fees).

Live In Mendocino Released at the Kate Wolf Music Festival
Last June saw the official release of Live In Mendocino at the 23rd Annual Kate Wolf Music Festival. Because of the enthusiastic response, we had to reprint the album! Now it will live on as one of Kate’s many works. Thanks to all of you!

Backer Rewards Are Shipping
We began shipping rewards yesterday and most have gone out already. If your order includes a Live In MendocinoCD, you will receive a tracking number via email. There are no tracking numbers for orders that contains solely stickers (including the digital download). United States orders will arrive in July. Some international orders may arrive in August due to the distance and customs processing.
Any Issues?
If your order includes a CD and you don’t receive a tracking number by Tuesday, July 17th, please let us know. And if your package arrives damaged or items are missing, let us know about that too. We’re sending out nearly 500 parcels and envelopes, and while we don’t expect problems, we want you to know that we’ll fix any issues that occur.
FLAC Attack
When this project began, the company creating our digital downloads offered two formats: MP3 and FLAC. We recently discovered that they discontinued the FLAC format. So those of you who ordered digital downloads will see that one format is available: MP3 (this is the most common format and will work with all your devices). If the absence of FLAC causes a problem for you, please send us a message and we’ll figure out how to help out.
Track #22
We’re in the home stretch now, and while you’re waiting for the postal service to ring your bell, we thought you’d like to hear one more bonus track. Two-Way Waltz is the final song that couldn’t fit on the CD. We’ll send a backers-only update with the music.
The shirts really are quite “groovy”.
